We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and to ensuring the privacy and security of their personal information. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

Customer care

Our customer care team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about your order. You can contact us through our website or by email at dabeer.sabih@gmail.com. We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

KitaabGo is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law. All information collected during the checkout process is encrypted and stored securely.

Condition category

We categorize our books into four conditions, from A to D. These conditions are as follows:

A: Like New - No stains, no pages torn, no writing or highlighting
B: Good - Slight signs of wear and tear, some writing or highlighting
C: Acceptable - Visible signs of wear and tear, writing and highlighting
D: Not for Sale - Poor condition, missing pages, heavy damage

We do not sell D quality books, but we welcome donations of all books in any condition.

Payment Methods

We currently only accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method. Our shipping charges are flat at Rs. 160 for all orders in Karachi. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
